The Merch House.
Quotations
Quotes are valid for 14 days and are itemised. Prices depend on quantity,
fabric, number of print positions and colour count — changing any of those changes
the price. A quote is not an order until it is accepted in writing.
Artwork and approvals
We produce a digital mockup for every job and, where appropriate, a physical
sample. Production starts only after you approve the mockup in
writing (email or WhatsApp is sufficient). The approved mockup defines
colour, size and placement; please check spelling and layout carefully, because
we print exactly what you approve.
Sizes and quantities
Garment sizes vary slightly by manufacturer and by blank. We work to the
tolerance stated on the approved spec sheet. Finished quantities may vary by up
to 3% on screen-printed orders, which is standard industry practice; you are
invoiced for the actual quantity delivered.
Colour matching
Screen and digital printing reproduce colour approximately, not exactly.
Pantone references are matched as closely as the fabric allows. Slight variation
between print runs is normal and is not treated as a defect.
Payment
The Merch House works on the terms shown below. Production slots are held only
once the advance is received.

Delivery and risk
Delivery timelines are given in good faith and start from the date of artwork
approval, not the date of enquiry. Risk passes to you on dispatch. Please inspect
goods on arrival and report shortages within 3 working days.
Warranty and reprints
We guarantee our print. If ink cracks, peels or fades under normal washing
within the stated warranty window, we reprint those pieces free of charge. The
warranty does not cover damage from ironing directly over a print, bleaching,
tumble drying, or alterations made by a third party.
Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before artwork is approved for a full refund of any
advance. Once production has begun, the advance covers materials and press time
and is not refundable.
Your artwork, our work
You confirm that you own or are licensed to use any logo or artwork you send
us, and you indemnify us against third-party claims. We retain the right to
photograph finished work for our portfolio unless you ask us not to in writing.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, with
the courts of Lahore having jurisdiction.
