These are our real starting rates, not teasers. Every order is quoted precisely because artwork complexity, garment choice and quantity all move the number — but you will never be quoted a rate higher than what is on this page without a clear line-item reason.

Prices shown are per piece, exclusive of tax and freight, based on a single-colour print in one location on a standard stock garment. Multi-colour prints add an ink-setup and per-colour charge which appears as a line item on your quote.

In the price, with no separate line item
A lot of print quotes look cheap because half the work sits outside them. Here is what we never charge extra for.

Charges you should expect to see
No hidden costs — but these are real costs, so we itemise them openly instead of building them into a higher per-piece rate.
- Freight and courier charges — quoted separately by weight and destination
- Rush production surcharge (15–25%) if the deadline is under our standard lead time
- Premium packaging upgrades: rigid boxes, ribbon, tissue, insert cards
- Physical pre-production sample — charged at cost, credited back on orders above 200 pcs
- Custom garment dyeing to a non-stock shade (from 500 pcs per colour)
- Photography of finished goods for your marketing team
Cheaper is not always better — but it often is
A one-colour logo on 500 tees is dramatically cheaper screen printed. A photo with gradients on 20 pieces is dramatically cheaper DTF. Here is the honest split.

Payment, tax and contracts
Straightforward terms that work with how procurement and finance teams actually operate.
50 / 50 split
Half on order confirmation to start production, half before dispatch. Orders below Rs 85,000 are full prepayment.
Tax invoice always
Proper tax invoice with HS codes, PO reference and vendor code. Registered with FBR since 2016.
Rate contracts
Annual rate contracts lock your pricing for 12 months with agreed quantity bands — useful for recurring uniform orders.
Reorder in one message
We keep your artwork, ink mix, garment shade and stitch files on record. Reordering is a single email.
Freight transparency
Quoted separately by weight, destination and mode. We pass on courier invoices at actuals with no handling markup.
Print defect guarantee
If a print fails within 30 days of normal washing, we reprint the affected pieces free of charge.
